This newly implemented RPA system enables CDB to fast-track multiple processes including customer onboarding, credit card operations, recovery, gold loan management, CRIB operations, auto finance, and insurance. This process will provide superior service to the customers via increased internal efficiencies while reducing manual labor and optimizing back-end processes.
